Opera Comique brings together Aquavit, Sweet Vermouth, Cynar. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Aquavit
  • 29.57 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 22.18 ml Cynar
  • 7.39 ml Green Chartreuse
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
