Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Overproof White Rum
  • 29.57 ml Coconut Water
  • 22.18 ml Lime Juice
  • 14.79 ml Pineapple Syrup
  • 7.39 ml Orange curaçao liqueur
  • 6 drop Absinthe
  • 1 portion Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with freshly grated nutmeg.
