Old Number One

Old Number One brings together Aged Apple Brandy, Blended Scotch, Sweet Vermouth. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Old Number One: Brown drink in coupe, cherry garnish and no ice.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Aged Apple Brandy
  • 29.57 ml Blended Scotch
  • 29.57 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 portion Cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with cherry.
