Old Cuban

Aged rum, mint and lime are shaken into a sour base, then finished with sparkling wine. Bitters supply an additional aromatic layer, and fine straining keeps the finished drink free of large mint pieces.

Old Cuban served in a coupe glass with a mint sprig against a black background.
