Ingredients: 30 ml Sloe gin; 15 ml Gin; 15 ml Lemon juice; 7.5 ml Ready-made almond orgeat; 15 ml Pasteurized egg white

Sloe gin, Gin and Lemon juice form the base of Ocean Shore. The drink is shaken and served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

30 ml Sloe gin
15 ml Gin
15 ml Lemon juice
7.5 ml Ready-made almond orgeat
15 ml Pasteurized egg white

Instructions

Measure the mixing ingredients into a shaker. Keep garnishes, any glass rinse, sparkling toppings and side serves separate.
Seal and shake without ice for about 10 seconds to incorporate the pasteurized egg.
Add ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
Fine-strain into the coupe glass.
