Oaxacan Dream

Oaxacan Dream brings together Reposado Tequila, Mezcal, Dry Vermouth. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Oaxacan Dream: Golden amber drink in a coupe, grapefruit twist and no serving ice.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Reposado Tequila
  • 14.79 ml Mezcal
  • 22.18 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 7.39 ml Benedictine
  • 2 dash Mole Bitters
  • 1 portion Grapefruit twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with grapefruit twist.
