Non-Alc The Fitz

Almond orgeat replaces a plain sugar syrup in this compact botanical sour. The generous lime measure makes it distinctly tart on paper, with a non-alcoholic gin alternative providing its herbal middle rather than additional fruit juice.

Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml Liber & Co. Almond Orgeat Syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • 60 ml Non-alcoholic gin alternative, labelled 0.0% ABV
  • 30 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 1 piece Lime wheel

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe while measuring the orgeat, gin alternative and lime juice into a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake firmly for about 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into the chilled coupe and finish with a small lime garnish.
