A non-alcoholic gin alternative is shaken with passionfruit, vanilla syrup and lime. Serve it up with a separate small glass of non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

Ingredients

60 ml Lyre's Gin Alternative (non-alcoholic alternative)
7.5 ml Ready-made vanilla syrup
30 ml Passionfruit pulp
15 ml Lime juice
60 ml Lyre's Classico (non-alcoholic alternative)
1 piece Passionfruit shell

Instructions

Measure the mixing ingredients into a shaker. Keep garnishes, any glass rinse, sparkling toppings and side serves separate.
Add ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
Fine-strain into the coupe glass.
Finish with passionfruit shell.
Serve the measured Lyre’s Classico in a separate small glass alongside the cocktail.
