Non-Alc One In A Million

Non-alcoholic gin, Italian orange and amaretti alternatives meet passionfruit and lemon. Shake the base, strain into a Collins glass without ice and top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

Ingredients

• 30 ml Lyre's Gin Alternative (non-alcoholic alternative)
• 30 ml Lyre's Italian Orange (non-alcoholic alternative)
• 7.2 ml Lyre's Amaretti (non-alcoholic alternative)
• 7.2 ml Ready-made Passionfruit Syrup
• 30 ml Lemon Juice
• 60 ml Lyre's Classico (non-alcoholic alternative)

Instructions

1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a shaker. Keep garnishes, any glass rinse, sparkling toppings and side serves separate.
2. Add ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
3. Strain into the collins glass.
4. Add the measured Lyre's Classico (non-alcoholic alternative) gently after mixing.
