Ingredients

  • 60 ml Lyre's Bourbon Alternative (non-alcoholic alternative)
  • 5.1 ml Simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water by weight)
  • 2 dash Non-alcoholic aromatic bitters
  • 1 piece Orange peel

  • 100 g White sugar
  • 100 g Water
  1. Combine the weighed sugar and water in a clean saucepan. Warm gently and stir until the sugar dissolves; do not boil down.
  2. Cool fully, transfer to a clean covered container and refrigerate. Prepare a small fresh batch; discard if spoiled and follow ingredient storage guidance.
