Non-Alc My Bloody Valentine

Blood orange cordial and pomegranate grenadine build a rich red fruit base for this ginger-beer highball. A non-alcoholic tequila alternative supports the flavour, with citrus-peel garnishes adding aroma rather than more juice to the formula.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Liber & Co. Blood Orange Cordial (non-alcoholic)
  • 15 ml Liber & Co. Real Grenadine (non-alcoholic)
  • 45 ml Non-alcoholic tequila alternative, labelled 0.0% ABV
  • ml Chilled ginger beer, labelled 0.0% ABV
  • 1 piece Lime peel twist
  • 1 piece Lemon peel twist
  • 1 piece Candied strawberry

Instructions

  1. Shake the blood orange cordial, grenadine and tequila alternative with ice for 10–15 seconds.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled highball, then slowly add the chilled ginger beer.
  3. Express lime and lemon twists above the drink and add them with an optional candied strawberry.
