Non-Alc Miraflores

Passionfruit syrup and concentrated tonic create a tropical drink with a bitter edge. Equal portions of lemon and lime provide its sour foundation, and measured soda loosens the syrups without overwhelming their flavour.

Ingredients

  • 15 ml Liber & Co. Premium Tonic Syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • 30 ml Liber & Co. Tropical Passionfruit Syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • 15 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 60 ml Chilled club soda
  • 1 piece Lemon wheel

Instructions

  1. Place fresh cubes in a highball and measure in both syrups and the citrus juices.
  2. Stir through the ice so the concentrated tonic and passionfruit combine evenly.
  3. Pour in the soda, lift gently with the spoon and finish with a lemon wheel.
