Lyre's Tequila Alternative, Lyre's Italian Spritz and Lime juice form the base of Non-Alc Lyrebird Handle. The drink is shaken and served in a wine glass over ice.

Ingredients

45 ml Lyre's Tequila Alternative (non-alcoholic alternative)
15 ml Lyre's Italian Spritz (non-alcoholic alternative)
30 ml Lime juice
15 ml Ready-made almond syrup
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Tajín seasoning for the outer half-rim

Instructions

Moisten the outer half-rim with lime and dip lightly in Tajín seasoning.
Measure the mixing ingredients into a shaker. Keep garnishes, any glass rinse, sparkling toppings and side serves separate.
Add ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
Strain into the wine glass over fresh cubed ice.
Finish with a light Tajín seasoning rim.
