Non-Alc Hugo Spritz

Lyre's Classico, Elderflower Syrup and Soda Water form the base of Non-Alc Hugo Spritz. This measured drink is served in a wine glass over ice.

Ingredients

  • 120 ml Lyre's Classico (non-alcoholic alternative)
  • 30 ml Ready-made Elderflower Syrup
  • 30 ml Soda Water
  • 8 leaf Mint leaves
  • 1 piece Lime wheel
  • 1 sprig Mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Lightly clap the eight mint leaves between your hands and place them in the glass.
  2. Measure the ingredients into the wine glass over fresh cubed ice.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Finish with lime wheel and mint sprig.
