Non-Alc Gin and Tonic

Lyre's Gin Alternative, Tonic water and Non-alcoholic aromatic bitters form the base of Non-Alc Gin and Tonic. This measured drink is served in a highball glass over ice.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Lyre's Gin Alternative (non-alcoholic alternative)
  • 120 ml Tonic water
  • 1 piece Pink grapefruit slice
  • 3 dash Non-alcoholic aromatic bitters
  • 1 piece Rosemary sprig

Instructions

  1. Add the measured liquids and the pink grapefruit slice to a highball glass.
  2. Fill with cubed ice and stir gently.
  3. Add the rosemary sprig.
