Ginger and grapefruit share the syrup component in this botanical highball. Lime provides a fresh acidic edge, and Garden 108 brings an herbal base that is stretched with a final splash of soda.

Ingredients

15 ml Liber & Co. Fiery Ginger Syrup (non-alcoholic)
15 ml Liber & Co. Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial (non-alcoholic)
30 ml Seedlip Garden 108 (non-alcoholic botanical alternative)
15 ml Fresh lime juice
ml Chilled club soda

Instructions

Put both syrups, Garden 108 and lime juice in a shaker. Leave the soda aside.
Add ice and shake for about 10 seconds, then strain into a highball over fresh cubes.
Add soda to complete the drink and give it a single gentle stir.
