Non-Alc Dirty Eggnog

Cola turns chilled eggnog into an unusually fizzy, creamy drink, with cinnamon syrup tying together the spice notes. This is a built recipe with no spirit alternative, finished with a small dusting of nutmeg.

Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml Liber & Co. Cinnamon Syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • 180 ml Coca-Cola, chilled
  • 60 ml Chilled commercially prepared eggnog, without added alcohol
  • 1 pinch Ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Choose a large rocks glass and add the cinnamon syrup and chilled eggnog.
  2. Pour in the cold cola slowly, add ice and stir carefully to combine without overflowing.
  3. Dust the surface with a small pinch of nutmeg and serve immediately.
