Non-Alc Citrus Fizz

Seedlip Grove 42 and a strained marmalade cordial are stirred cold and topped with sparkling water. This non-alcoholic citrus drink is served in a flute with orange zest.

Ingredients

  • 53 ml Seedlip Grove 42 non-alcoholic spirit
  • 30 ml Marmalade cordial
  • 60 ml Chilled sparkling water
  • 1 piece Orange zest

Marmalade cordial

  • 300 g Orange marmalade
  • 150 ml / 5.07 oz Hot water
  1. Stir marmalade into hot water until loosened and well mixed.
  2. Fine-strain, cool and bottle. Refrigerate and prepare fresh for service.
