Nine Dragons

Gin, blood orange liqueur and Cynar combine with vanilla syrup and lemon. The source serves this short sour in a Nick and Nora glass.

Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml Liber & Co. Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
  • 30 ml Gin
  • 15 ml Blood orange liqueur
  • 15 ml Cynar
  • 22.5 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 slice Blood orange wheel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients for mixing into a shaker. Keep Blood orange wheel aside for finishing.
  2. Add cubed ice, seal and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds.
  3. Double-strain through a cocktail strainer and a fine sieve into a chilled coupe glass without ice.
  4. Finish with the listed garnish. Serve promptly.
