New Nails brings together Scotch, Smith & Cross Rum, Drambuie. This stirred cocktail is served in a rocks glass over ice.

New Nails: Amber drink in rocks glass, one large cube, no garnish.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Scotch
  • 14.79 ml Smith & Cross Rum
  • 14.79 ml Drambuie
  • 14.79 ml Swedish Punsch
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 2 dash Absinthe
  • 1 portion Orange oil from a twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  4. Express the oils from a fresh orange peel over the surface, then discard the peel.
