Mulberry Bend

Mulberry Bend brings together Rocktown Rye, Dolin Dry Vermouth, Cynar. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Mulberry Bend: Clear deep amber cocktail in a stemmed coupe, served without ice or visible garnish.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Rocktown Rye
  • 14.79 ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • 14.79 ml Cynar
  • 14.79 ml Rothman & Winter Apricot Liqueur
  • 2 dash Regan's Orange Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange oil from a twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Express the oils from a fresh orange peel over the surface, then discard the peel.
