Mountebank

Mountebank brings together Scotch, Apple Brandy, Amaro Sfumato. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Scotch
  • 14.79 ml Apple Brandy
  • 14.79 ml Amaro Sfumato
  • 14.79 ml Apricot Liqueur
  • 1 dash Absinthe
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
