Monkey Business

Monkey Business brings together Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Crème de Banane. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Monkey Business: Amber-brown drink in coupe, orange twist and no ice.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Gin
  • 29.57 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 7.39 ml Crème de Banane
  • 7.39 ml Fernet Branca
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
