Moll Cocktail

Hayman’s Sloe Gin, Hayman’s London Dry Gin and Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambéry form the base of Moll Cocktail. The mixture is stirred and served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
  • 30 ml Hayman’s London Dry Gin
  • 30 ml Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambéry
  • 1 dash Orange bitters
  • 1 piece lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the coupe glass.
  4. Finish with lemon peel.
