Moko Jumbie brings together Overproof Jamaican White Rum, Cardamaro, Pineapple Syrup. This shaken cocktail is served in a coupe.

Ingredients

  • 22.18 ml Overproof Jamaican White Rum
  • 22.18 ml Cardamaro
  • 22.18 ml Pineapple Syrup
  • 22.18 ml Lime Juice
  • 1 dash Absinthe

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
