Missionary's Downfall

White rum, peach liqueur, pineapple and mint are blended into a crushed-ice cocktail with honey and lime. The fruit and herb are part of the mixture itself, so use clean leaves and ripe pineapple.

Missionary's Downfall served in a coupe glass with a mint sprig and pineapple slice against a black background.
