Midnight Marauder

Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, Bonal Gentiane-Quina and Cynar form the base of Midnight Marauder. The mixture is stirred and served in a nick and nora glass.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
  • 30 ml Bonal Gentiane-Quina
  • 30 ml Cynar
  • 1 dash Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the nick and nora glass.
