Mayan Mountain Mystic brings together Mezcal, Fino Sherry, Byrrh Quinquina. This stirred cocktail is served in a rocks glass over ice.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Mezcal
  • 29.57 ml Fino Sherry
  • 22.18 ml Byrrh Quinquina
  • 7.39 ml Benedictine
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
