Lion's Share

Lion's Share brings together Bourbon, Lemon Juice, Allspice Dram. This shaken cocktail is served in a coupe.

Lion's Share: Amber-orange shaken drink in coupe, no garnish or ice.

Ingredients

  • 59.15 ml Bourbon
  • 14.79 ml Lemon Juice
  • 7.39 ml Allspice Dram
  • 7.39 ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 7.39 ml Demerara Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
