Liberal

Rye whiskey, Sweet vermouth and Amer Picon form the base of Liberal. The mixture is stirred and served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Rye whiskey
  • 15 ml Sweet vermouth
  • 7.5 ml Amer Picon
  • 1 dash Orange bitters
  • 1 piece Orange twist

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the coupe glass.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
