Lady Midnight

Lady Midnight brings together Morin Selection Calvados, Cinzano Sweet Vermouth, Benedictine. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Morin Selection Calvados
  • 29.57 ml Cinzano Sweet Vermouth
  • 11.09 ml Benedictine
  • 3.7 ml Green Chartreuse
  • 1 dash Bittermens MolĂ© Bitters
  • 1 portion Cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with cherry.
