La Jetée

La Jetée brings together Mezcal, Cognac, Bonal Gentiane-Quina. This stirred cocktail is served in a rocks glass.

La Jetée: Clear brown drink in rocks glass, no garnish or serving ice.

Ingredients

  • 22.18 ml Mezcal
  • 22.18 ml Cognac
  • 29.57 ml Bonal Gentiane-Quina
  • 14.79 ml Amaro Braulio
  • 2 dash Chocolate Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass.
