King Kopeika

King Kopeika brings together Planteray OFTD Rum, Mezcal, Pineapple Juice. This whip-shaken cocktail is served in mug over ice.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Planteray OFTD Rum
  • 29.57 ml Mezcal
  • 44.36 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 29.57 ml Lemon Juice
  • 14.79 ml Coffee Liqueur
  • 14.79 ml Licor 43
  • 7.39 ml Cinnamon Syrup
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash Absinthe
  • 1 portion Freshly grated coffee bean and grated cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Put all measured liquid ingredients into a shaker with a small handful of crushed ice.
  2. Whip-shake briefly to mix and chill, then pour the drink and ice into a mug.
  3. Add more crushed ice to fill the glass.
  4. Finish with freshly grated coffee bean and grated cinnamon.
