Kilted Flower

Kilted Flower brings together Scotch, Amaro Ciociaro, Amaro Sfumato. This stirred cocktail is served in a rocks glass over ice.

Kilted Flower: Amber drink in rocks glass, one large cube and orange twist.

Ingredients

  • 59.15 ml Scotch
  • 11.09 ml Amaro Ciociaro
  • 11.09 ml Amaro Sfumato
  • 3.7 ml Demerara Syrup
  • 2 dash Chocolate Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
