Katinka

Vodka gives apricot liqueur and lime a neutral base in this concise three-ingredient sour. The short ingredient list makes the difference between sweet apricot liqueur and dry apricot spirit especially important.

Pale golden Katinka in a coupe without ice or garnish.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Vodka
  • 15 ml Apricot brandy liqueur
  • 15 ml Fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Measure Vodka, Apricot brandy liqueur and lime juice into a shaker and add cubed ice.
  2. Seal the shaker and shake briskly until thoroughly cold, about 10–12 seconds.
  3. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe without ice.
