Jungle Boogie

Stone-pine liqueur supplies the entire alcoholic base of this citrus-and-cinnamon frozen drink. A short blend turns crushed ice into a slushy body, with a fresh ice mound and mint completing the rocks-glass service.

Ingredients

• 60 ml Zirbenz Stone Pine liqueur
• 22.5 ml Fresh lime juice
• 22.5 ml Grapefruit juice
• 22.5 ml Prepared cinnamon syrup
• 120 g Food-safe crushed ice
• 1 sprig Fresh mint sprig, for garnish

Instructions

1. Put stone-pine liqueur, both juices, cinnamon syrup and 90 g crushed ice in a blender.
2. Secure the lid and blend briefly until a loose slush forms.
3. Pour into a rocks glass and add the remaining 30 g crushed ice.
4. Tuck a mint sprig into the ice.
