Jewel Thief

Cask-strength Indian whisky and Rainwater Madeira are stirred with coffee and passionfruit liqueurs. Cardamom bitters and expressed orange peel finish the rocks drink.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Amrut Cask Strength Indian Whisky
  • 22.5 ml Henriques & Henriques Rainwater Madeira
  • 7.5 ml Galliano Ristretto
  • 5 ml Passion fruit liqueur
  • 0.5 dash Cardamom bitters
  • 1 piece Orange peel expressed, then discarded

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients into a rocks glass over one large cube.
  2. Stir until well chilled.
  3. Express an orange peel over the drink, then discard it.
