Is That All There Is? brings together Mezcal, Rhum Agricole, Suze. This shaken cocktail is served in a coupe.

Ingredients

  • 22.18 ml Mezcal
  • 22.18 ml Rhum Agricole
  • 14.79 ml Suze
  • 14.79 ml Aperol
  • 14.79 ml Lime Juice
  • 2 dash Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 portion Grapefruit oil from a twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Express the oils from a fresh grapefruit peel over the surface, then discard the peel.
