Intercept brings together Four Roses Bourbon, Punt e Mes, Rothman & Winter Apricot Liqueur. This stirred cocktail is served in a rocks glass over ice.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Four Roses Bourbon
  • 29.57 ml Punt e Mes
  • 14.79 ml Rothman & Winter Apricot Liqueur
  • 14.79 ml Campari
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh cubed ice.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
