In The Stacks brings together Scotch, Lustau East India Solera Sherry, Cynar. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

In The Stacks: Deep amber drink in a coupe, orange twist and no serving ice.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Scotch
  • 29.57 ml Lustau East India Solera Sherry
  • 22.18 ml Cynar
  • 7.39 ml Apricot Liqueur
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 2 dash Chocolate Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
