Ibiza Bum

Ibiza Bum brings together Amontillado Sherry, Apricot Liqueur, Orgeat. This whip-shaken cocktail is served in a mug over ice.

Ingredients

  • 59.15 ml Amontillado Sherry
  • 14.79 ml Apricot Liqueur
  • 14.79 ml Orgeat
  • 29.57 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 22.18 ml Lemon Juice
  • 7.39 ml Allspice Dram
  • 1 portion Mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Put all measured liquid ingredients into a shaker with a small handful of crushed ice.
  2. Whip-shake briefly to mix and chill, then pour the drink and ice into a mug.
  3. Add more crushed ice to fill the glass.
  4. Finish with mint sprigs.
