Hercules

Hercules brings together Lustau Amontillado Sherry, Campari, Passion Fruit Syrup. This shaken cocktail is served in a rocks glass over ice.

Ingredients

  • 59.15 ml Lustau Amontillado Sherry
  • 14.79 ml Campari
  • 14.79 ml Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 14.79 ml Orgeat
  • 14.79 ml Lemon Juice
  • 2 dash Bittermens MolĂ© Bitters
  • 1 portion Mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh crushed ice.
  4. Finish with mint sprigs.
