Handcuffed Lightning: Clear amber drink in a coupe, orange twist and no serving ice.

Ingredients

  • 22.18 ml Smith & Cross Rum
  • 22.18 ml Cognac
  • 14.79 ml Punt e Mes
  • 14.79 ml Swedish Punsch
  • 14.79 ml Apricot Liqueur
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
