Gusano Rojo

Gusano Rojo brings together Mezcal, Sweet Vermouth, Campari. This shaken cocktail is served in a coupe.

Gusano Rojo: Red-orange shaken drink in intact coupe, fine cayenne garnish on top, no ice.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Mezcal
  • 29.57 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 29.57 ml Campari
  • 14.79 ml Honey Syrup
  • 14.79 ml Lime Juice
  • 1 portion Cayenne chili powder, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with cayenne chili powder.
