Gunwale Punch

Gunwale Punch brings together Lime Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Apricot Liqueur. This shaken cocktail is served in a mug over ice.

Gunwale Punch: Copper mug filled with a pale golden cocktail, crushed ice, and fresh mint.

Ingredients

  • 14.79 ml Lime Juice
  • 29.57 ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 14.79 ml Apricot Liqueur
  • 14.79 ml Swedish Punsch
  • 29.57 ml Rhum Agricole Blanc
  • 29.57 ml Blanco Tequila
  • 10 drop Absinthe
  • 1 portion Mint, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a mug over fresh crushed ice.
  4. Finish with mint.
