Golden Dawn

Gin and dry apple brandy combine with apricot liqueur and orange juice in four equal measures. Shaking gives the drink a soft cloudy appearance, and the published formula requires no garnish or separate syrup.

Ingredients

• 22.5 ml London dry gin
• 22.5 ml Calvados
• 22.5 ml Apricot brandy liqueur
• 22.5 ml Fresh orange juice

Instructions

1. Measure gin, Calvados, apricot liqueur and orange juice into a shaker and add cubed ice.
2. Seal the shaker and shake briskly until thoroughly cold, about 10–12 seconds.
3. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe without ice.
