Golden Beautiful

Reposado tequila and Campari meet vanilla, passionfruit and lime, then receive a soda top-up. Lime zest finishes the source’s snifter service.

Ingredients

• 15 ml Liber & Co. Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
• 7.5 ml Liber & Co. Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 60 ml Aged reposado tequila
• 7.5 ml Campari
• 22.5 ml Lime juice
• 75 ml Club soda, chilled
• 1 pinch Freshly grated lime zest, for garnish

Instructions

1. Measure the ingredients for mixing into a shaker. Keep Club soda, Freshly grated lime zest aside for finishing.
2. Add cubed ice, seal and shake firmly for 5–8 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled snifter glass filled with fresh cubed ice.
4. Add the measured club soda, chilled and lift gently with a spoon to combine.
5. Finish with the listed garnish. Serve promptly.
