Glory Daze

Vodka, lemon-lavender cordial and vanilla syrup are built with soda over ice. An optional sugared rim adds sweetness at the edge of the glass.

Ingredients

• 15 ml Liber & Co. Lemon Lavender Cordial
• 15 ml Liber & Co. Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
• 45 ml Vodka
• 105 ml Club soda, chilled
• 1 piece Lemon peel, for garnish
• 2 g White sugar, for optional half-rim
• 1 piece Lime wedge, to moisten the rim

Instructions

1. If using the optional rim, rub a lime wedge along only half the outside edge of the glass and dip it lightly in the listed rim seasoning. Keep rim ingredients out of the mixing vessel; discard unused seasoning.
2. Add all ingredients except the chilled soda and any garnish to a chilled highball glass.
3. Fill with cubed ice, add the soda and stir gently to combine.
4. Express the citrus peel over the surface, then add the listed garnish. Serve promptly.
