French Pearl

A small measure of pastis gives gin, lime and mint an anise accent. The mixture may turn softly opaque when diluted, a useful visual distinction from clear stirred gin cocktails rather than a sign of a dairy ingredient.

Pale, softly cloudy French Pearl in a coupe with lime wheel and mint sprig, no ice.
