French Hay Ride

Calvados and hay liqueur are shaken with lemon juice and walnut liqueur. Double straining gives a clean, up-served coupe without a garnish.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Calvados
  • 30 ml Alpeggio Hay Liqueur
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 7.5 ml Nux Alpina Walnut liqueur

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a shaker. Keep garnishes, any glass rinse, sparkling toppings and side serves separate.
  2. Add ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
  3. Fine-strain into the coupe glass.
